Communitcation Policy

I'm a small business. I am one person. A human being. 

I turn my notifications off for things like likes comments DMs. This is so I can avoid distractions while I'm trying to focus on other day-to-day things in my life and set boundaries so I'm not overly consumed by social media itself.

I dedicate time so I can respond to emails not the expense of opening up my phone at every time I get a notification.



When can I expect a response? 

Response times will vary based on a few factors. 

My working hours are Tues through Friday

 12pm - 5pm

Tues -thurs I tattoo 

That means I'm not on my phone because I'm actively involved with a client. 

I will try my best to respond to you. Usually within 3 to 5 days. 

I messaged you through dms! You haven't messaged me back! 

I do not use DM's or Messengers for business. Please refer to my booking form and email for business.

I got lots of DM's. They get pushed down. I lose them. It's not an efficient way for me. 

It's been more than 3 to 5 days now what?

Maybe I'm sick. Maybe I have some personal things going on in my life. Please be patient with me. I do want to do your tattoo. 

It's completely okay to respond to the email that you have sent with a bump. Saying "hey still would love to get a tattoo from you" etc 

This bumps it back up to the top of my list and helps me know that I need to respond to you.

I need a quick response! I.e something's going on with my tattoo/aftercare. 

These types of emails will get a response within a day.

I tried calling the shop and you weren't there? 

All communication is through email. If I am at the shop that means I am tattooing and not actively doing messages. If you call the shop front desk will direct you to email me. 

I had a deposit down and I haven't heard back from you! 

Your deposit is safe and ready to use once booked in. I am not taking your money. I am not ignoring you.

This is popped up recently since covid times when I switched over from DM's to email. 

I have genuinely forgotten. I apologize.

Please send me an email so I can get you booked in ASAP.

I want to chat not about business with you!! 

Sometimes I may respond sometimes I may not. 

Business inquiries are my top priority.
